How to make a request
Email us
Use a subject such as “Data request” and explain whether you seek access, correction or deletion.
Call us
Explain the type of request and the transaction or communication it relates to.
Provide sufficient information to identify the relevant record, such as the name and contact detail used, approximate transaction or communication date, and invoice or order reference where available. Do not post sensitive information publicly.
Identity verification
We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing, correcting or deleting information. This helps prevent unauthorised access or deletion. We will not ask for more information than reasonably needed for the request.
Review and processing
Requests will be acknowledged, reviewed and processed within a reasonable period, considering the nature of the request, record location, identity verification and applicable law. We may contact you if clarification is necessary.
Information we may need to retain
Deletion is subject to applicable legal and legitimate record-keeping requirements. Invoice, tax, payment, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained even when other information can be deleted or restricted. Where a record cannot be deleted, we will limit its use to the required purpose where appropriate and explain the reason, subject to law.
WhatsApp opt-out
A WhatsApp communication opt-out can be requested separately and does not require deletion of legally required transaction records. Reply STOP to a Deeya Corporation WhatsApp message or contact us using the details above. We will stop future WhatsApp communication, subject to legally required records and essential responses you specifically request.
